Job summary

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies S.a.s. di Externa Italia S.r.l.u. in Piemonte, Italy, seeks a customer service professional to validate and enter orders, confirm receipt, and coordinate delivery with production.

Fluency in English and German is required, with French considered a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Language or Economics is expected, and SAP experience is a plus. You will serve as the primary contact for customers and support process improvements within a diverse team.

• Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System.
