Job summary

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Italian and international customers from Pinerolo. You will validate orders, confirm receipts, monitor deliveries, and act as the main contact for issues and escalation, coordinating with production and logistics.

The role requires a degree in language or economics, fluent English and German (French is a plus), and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in language or economics is required or compensating experience.
• Fluent in English and German for customer interactions; French is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus and helpful for master data and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Conducts order validations and entries.
• Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
• Monitor and tracks order statuses; manage claims and returns.
• Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, including issues or escalations.
• Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Handle routine maintenance of the Master Data System.
