Job summary

SEPHORA in Milano is seeking a Specialist to lead store operations, coach the team, and assure exceptional customer experiences. You will monitor KPIs, drive omnichannel initiatives, manage stock and department performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality makeup, skincare, and fragrance services.

Candidates should have 3–4 years in similar roles, strong English skills, and the ability to manage budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• English professional knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).
• Monitor team performances and define corrective actions.
• Develop and coach the department team, ensuring quality standards of makeup, skincare, fragrance and Sephora Collection.
• Train on technical skills and resolve disputes.
• Inform the team through briefings about results and daily/monthly objectives.
• Guarantee the best Customer Journey and ensure policies are followed.
• Coordinate with Trade & Communication Department for events and masterclasses.
• Support Managers in daily activities and stockroom management according to replenishment cycles.
