Job summary

Sephora Milano Duomo flagship is seeking a Specialist to lead floor operations across core beauty categories and to support the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team. You will drive daily activities, promotions, and CRM campaigns while fostering a high-energy, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
• Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
• Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
