A global enterprise software company is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead regional execution of campaigns. In this autonomous role, you will drive demand generation, collaborate closely with sales, and manage event logistics. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of B2B field marketing experience, are fluent in English and Italian, and are comfortable owning end-to-end marketing initiatives.

The opportunity :
We are hiring an experienced and proactive Field Marketing Manager (6+ month contract) to lead regional execution. You will act as the local marketing expert, owning both planning and execution of regional campaigns aligned with global strategy, ensuring delivery of pipeline and sales outcomes through a mix of event marketing, digital tactics, partner enablement, and localisation.
This is a hands-on, autonomous, and commercially driven role, perfect for marketers comfortable owning the end-to-end lifecycle of regional demand generation in close collaboration with sales and central marketing functions.
This role can be remote-first; however, you will need to be on-site for events, trade shows, and workshops.
