MSX International is seeking an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers across Italy. The role combines on-site and remote diagnostics, with travel required to solve complex vehicle issues and ensure first-time-right repairs.

You will use wiTECH and DiagBOX to diagnose, flash, and parameterize systems, read wiring diagrams, and document findings for continuous improvement. A strong background in technical support and multi-site coaching is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience with workshops, engineering, or technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults.
• Use OEM tools for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization.
• Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets.
• Create clear technical reports and case updates.
• Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance.
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement.
