Zusammenfassung

MSX is seeking an Automotive Field Service Engineer (Flying Doctor) to support dealerships and repairers across Italy. The role combines on-site and remote diagnostics with travel throughout the country.

You will diagnose complex electrical and electronic faults using OEM tools such as wiTECH and DiagBOX, read wiring diagrams, and produce clear technical reports. Native Italian with English proficiency is required, with a monthly schedule involving 3 weeks of travel and 1 week at the Rome

Qualifikationen

• Experience in automotive diagnostics/technical support or field service.
• Ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Comfort reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with workshops/engineering/technical teams.
• Ability to guide and coach technicians.
• Nice to have field-based or multi-site OEM support background.

Aufgaben

• Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Use OEM diagnostic tools for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization.
• Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical docs.
• Support individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets.
• Create clear technical reports and case updates.
• Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance.
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement.
