The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Technical guidance to O&M and troubleshooting, commissioning guidance for new projects;
- To utilize the software or other platform to analyze the wind turbine operational data and enhance the operation performance;
- Respond the technical questions from O&M (including customers), and for complex technical issues, clearly and accurately communicate task requirements to back office such as GW or GWI;
- FEMS service request processing;
- Assistance to quality department in managing and avoiding major technical risks (O&M part), root cause analysis of failures or technical problems;
- Assisting GWI's technical management function with information gathering + task execution + feedback on task progress.
- Conduct internal and external technical training, especially regular case studies, experience & summarization sharing, to cultivate the O&M capabilities of the local team.
- Optimization of operation and maintenance manuals and other related technical documents.
Qualifications
- Education: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Profile: Proactive, challenge,motivated,being collaborative, open to innovation and capability to work in multicultural teams.
- Skills: Driving license, Project Technical Engineering/Commissioning Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in windfarm construction or O&M, or 3 years' experience in engineering technology department.
- With a strong background in wind turbine O&M knowledge.
- Language: English and Chinese, English: at basic communication level

We Are Hiring:
CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot)
Core Stack
- Automation (preferred): Zapier, n8n and similar tools (e.g. Make, Pipedream, Workato).
- Channels: WhatsApp, email, SMS, web.
As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist , you will be the architect of our lifecycle journeys and the technical driver of retention, nurturing, and conversion.
You will design, implement, and scale omnichannel flows on HubSpot, orchestrating automations with Zapier/n8n (and similar) when needed.
Your mission will be to build a measurable CRM engine that boosts LTV, conversion rate, and the end-to-end customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and maintain full-funnel journeys (acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention → win-back) on WhatsApp, email, and SMS, native in HubSpot.
- Define dynamic segmentations (behavioral, RFM, intent) and lead scoring (demographic + behavioral), with SLA MQL→SQL in collaboration with Sales.
- Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, channels, and incentives to optimize conversion and LTV.
Automation & Integrations
- Design and develop workflows in HubSpot (Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties/Objects, Deals/Pipeline automation).
- Orchestrate automations and integrations with Zapier and/or n8n using REST APIs and webhooks to synchronize CRM, data sources, and third‑party systems.
Data, AI & Analytics
- Build dashboards on key KPIs: deliverability, OR/CTR, stage‑based CVR, CAC payback, churn, LTV, retention cohorts.
- Integrate AI via APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI) for content personalization, predictive scoring, conversation analysis, and next‑best‑action.
Ideal Profile
Experience & Skills (must‑have)
- HubSpot: hands‑on experience with Marketing/Sales Hub, Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties/Objects, Lead Scoring, Attribution/Reporting.
- Automation: strong operational knowledge of Zapier and/or n8n for complex workflows; familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Omnichannel Messaging: best practices on WhatsApp, email, and SMS (content, timing, frequency management).
- Soft skills: problem‑solving, results‑orientation, attention to UX and copywriting; ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.
- Languages: excellent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.

- Experience with similar tools: Make (ex Integromat), others.
