You will be a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will provide second-level support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms. You will drive service targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will apply critical thinking to rapidly repair instrumentation, train customers and Service Engineers, support the Applications Team, and verify operational performance and data quality of systems to support the commercial organization. You will operate independently in Italian / Germany territory and in Europe when needed (overnight as required) to provide excellent customer service while installing and maintaining automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and standalone laboratory environments. The team uses standard methodologies and mentors / receives seasoned support.
