Twinset is looking for the Store Manager for its store in Taormina.

The position will report to the Area Retail Manager.

Great communicator and leader, she/he will manage the store and the team with enthusiasm, autonomy, proactivity and great kindness.

Key Activities:

  • Booster the sales activity to reach the company targets, through an accurate and acute management of retail KPIs
  • Guarantee the correct implementation of the guidelines in order to meet the store goals;
  • Build a strong customer relationship according to CRM recommendations
  • Monitor the respect of all the procedures defined by the HQ in terms of operations, administration, visual merchandising, stock management, and merchandising

Team Management

  • Ensure the correct floor organization and planning maintaining the productivity and company quality standards
  • Coach and train the team to achieve goals and improve their skills
  • Manage the recruitment and the on boarding of new staff

Success Profile:

  • At least 2 years retail experience in managerial roles in fashion
  • Deep knowledge of main retail KPIs

We are currently seeking an oustanding Store Manager to join our store in Taormina (CDD Full time 40h) for the season 2026 starting around late March.

The Store Manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success. Whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: brining optimism, creativity and sophistication in everything they do. Overall, we are looking for a role model for the team members, to consistently provide leadership and set a standard. Where team members feel inspired to come to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
  • To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge
  • Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs
  • Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline.
  • Following the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store
  • Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conducted in accordance with our P&P
  • Check timesheets are completed
  • To ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&P.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

  • Profound experience in a similar leadership role (knowledge of customers habits, area.)
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Passion for the brand and fashion luxury retail industry
  • Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively to the team and clients in store
  • Fluent Italian and English
