A leading law firm in Milano is seeking an Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate with up to 4 years of PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory and transactional work related to fund formation and compliance. Responsibilities include assisting clients in fund formation, participating in transactions, and supporting authorization procedures. Strong communication skills in Italian and English are essential.

Competenze

• Up to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in asset management and investment funds or a closely related field.
• Experience and knowledge in both regulatory and transactional aspects of the practice area.
• Strong academic credentials.

Mansioni

• Assist clients in fund formation (contractual and statutory).
• Participate in fund extraordinary transactions, units and share deals.
• Support authorization procedures before supervisory entities.
