Amazon in Sicilia is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure safe, productive operations at our site. You will drive performance, implement corrective actions, and sustain high standards to meet customer demand.

You will analyse data, collaborate with managers and engineers, and guide daily operations, including contingencies and process improvements, while maintaining strong safety and quality culture across shifts.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
