Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager at one of our Italian sites to lead a large, diverse team and ensure safe, productive operations.

You will analyse performance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes while ensuring excellent customer service.

This hands-on role offers exposure to global operations and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Competenze

• University degree completed before start date.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and Italian.
• Experience in data analysis.
