Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is hiring an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure demand is met across shifts. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and collaboration with peers to standardise processes.

You will work at one of our operational sites in Torrazza Piemonte, with shifts and daily responsibilities balancing supervision, data analysis, and contingency planning to meet customer targets.

Competenze

• Completed university degree before start date or within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in performing data analysis.

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
