Amazon in Italy (Piemonte, Vercelli) is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team in a fast‑paced, data‑driven logistics operation. You’ll focus on safety, reliability, and productivity while coordinating across shifts and sites to meet customer demand.

In this hands‑on role you’ll analyse performance data, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with managers to standardise processes.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
