Amazon is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operational sites in Italy. You’ll drive safety, productivity, and process discipline across shifts to ensure customer demand is met.

Your days will include team management, data analysis, problem solving, and collaboration with engineers and other managers to maintain efficiency and implement improvements. A university degree and strong English skills are required.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
