Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure operations keep pace with demand across multiple sites in Italy. This hands-on role involves driving productivity, maintaining safety, and collaborating with engineers to discuss improvements.

You will monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and standardize shift processes while supporting a strong team culture and daily operations to meet customer expectations.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date or within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and Italian.
• Relevant experience in data analysis.
