Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. seeks an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. This hands-on role focuses on safe operations, productivity, and seamless daily execution across shifts.

You will work closely with colleagues to address challenges, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives. The role includes site-based responsibilities with the potential for salary variation by location.

Competenze

• Basic university degree completed before start date or a recent graduate within 24 months.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English and local language.
