Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. in Rovigo, Veneto, is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure your area keeps pace with demand while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will analyze performance, implement corrective actions, work with other managers to standardize shift processes, and drive continuous improvements across operations to meet customer needs.

Competenze

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), completed before start date.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
