Amazon Italy is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operational sites. You will oversee safety, productivity, and day-to-day tasks across shifts while aligning with customer demand.

This role requires a university degree, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English and Italian. You will work with cross-functional partners to implement process improvements and standardize shift processes.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis
