Area Sales Manager – Service

Flowtec is collaborating with a global Swedish company, a world leader in the manufacturing of pumps and compressors. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager – Service to support service sales in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve service revenue targets in Italy and increase penetration of service products.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to identify after‑sales service needs.
  • Propose appropriate service solutions from a technical and commercial perspective.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support team to deliver a committed, efficient, and high‑quality service.
  • Work jointly with the capital equipment sales team to drive proactive service business and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer incidents and coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure agile and effective solutions.
  • Consistently record all commercial activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate market information and an up‑to‑date database.
  • Meet sales objectives by developing action plans to identify prospects, targets, and new markets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through different channels.
  • Availability to travel more than 50% of the time.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • More than 2 years of sales experience within a high‑level industrial company (experience in rental companies will be a plus).
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Experience in sales management and territory management.
  • Excellent planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Strong command of digital tools.
