We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the indicated area. The position requires good technical and management experience and the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Your responsibilities

As a Trainer/Application Engineer, you play a key role within EPLAN. You combine in-depth technical knowledge with extensive experience and have the skills needed to organise and deliver the Eplan portfolio solutions to our customers. You will provide training requirements on the use of the solutions offered by EPLAN.

The trainer is responsible for planning and delivering weekly core online training seminars and, on request, delivering customer‑specific trainings onsite. They are also responsible for maintaining technical documentation and virtual environments, managing certificates and customer feedback. Finally, they actively support the Technical Business Manager in business development.

Requirements

• Expertise in the electrical control panel manufacturing industry, system integration, or process control and instrumentation industry.
• Preferred profile with at least 5 years' experience as an Electrical / Automation engineer.
• A few years of (user) experience with EPLAN applications or other ECAD is definitely a plus, but you will also be given time to go through a tailormade onboarding process.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft operating systems and MS-Office products.
• Strong team-worker with interfaces to sales and technical colleagues.
• Pro‑active and innovative attitude, self‑motivated, results‑oriented.
• Effective communication, presentation, networking, and people skills.
• you have great communication, listening and presentation skills are above average and you can fluently speak Italian and English.
