Level: Mid‑Senior level | Employment type: Full‑time | Job function: Marketing and Sales | Industries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage

Responsibilities

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key affiliates.
• Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement.
• Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger’s visibility and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth‑oriented optimizations.
• Leverage automation and AI tools in daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape and knowledge of local affiliates (news, coupon, digital communities).
• Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• General proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows.
• Fluent in English and one additional European language of those markets (French, German, or Italian).
