About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and strategic support. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating internal teams and identifying opportunities to expand engagement and product usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of institutional, fintech, and crypto-native client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
  • Understand client business models and tailor Hercle’s services to their specific needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with trading, technology, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Track account performance, usage, and satisfaction; escape and resolve any client issues.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and GTM strategies.
  • Represent Hercle at industry events and client meetings as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in account management, client success, or business development—preferably within fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Commercial acumen and a structured approach to identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to interface effectively across internal teams.
