This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with some of the industry’s most recognised hotel brands, supporting business development and client relationship management across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with hotel partners, ensuring consistent communication and high service levels.
  • Assist in managing existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Support the wider sales and business development team in executing commercial strategies.
  • Prepare account reports, presentations, and proposals to highlight value and performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, reservations, operations) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in an account management, sales, or client support role within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Commercially minded with excellent organisational and time management skills.
