An educational language school in Messina is looking for an Academic Coordinator to support teachers and monitor student progress. The ideal candidate will have full proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. You'll guide lesson planning and ensure meaningful follow-up with families. Competenze

• Energy to inspire children.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record is mandatory.

For our school in Messina we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team! Contract type: Fixed-term / Permanent Hours: 10 hours per week Start date: Gennaio 2026.

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

What You Need

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (required by law for working with children in Spain).
