Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

The primary focus at EITSI is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories and businesses. POSITION TITLE: Principal Associate - IT

The Process Associate supports the Information Technology Endorsement (ITEA) Process Manager to ensure IT processes meet Eurofins' standards for quality and security. Responsibilities include processing requests, validating submissions, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with IT stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with IT Security, Group Architecture, and other teams to integrate new technologies.

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of ITEA requests.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements.
• Prepare metrics reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and transparency.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT.

• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills

• 4+ years in IT Process Management
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and concepts
• Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English

• Bachelor’s degree in science, IT, or engineering
• ITIL Foundation certification preferredAdvanced MS Office skills
• Experience with large organizations and international teams
