About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, high-IQ, optimistic professional with a bias for action who can lead & oversee Quantitively Surveying and Billing for multiple housing complexes.

Job Description

• Prepare, verify, and certify site measurements and bills
• Support cost estimation, rate analysis, and maintain a database of contractors/vendors for competitive pricing.

Required Skills

• BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 4-5 years’ experience in residential building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and specifications.
• Should have working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
• Should have sound knowledge of IS 1200.

CTC: Up to ₹ 6 lacs per annum + performance linked incentives (basis on merit)
