We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Career Counsellor to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in career counselling and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

• Provide individual and group career counselling sessions to help students develop their academic and professional aspirations.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths, interests, and areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement career development programs to enhance student employability and success.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide comprehensive support services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student interactions and progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in career counselling.

• 0-2 years of Minimum experience in career counselling or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of career development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Any Postgraduate
