A technology services company is seeking a Video Conference Specialist to manage video conferencing systems. The role includes scheduling virtual meetings, providing technical support, and ensuring high audio-visual quality. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in IT or Communications and 2+ years of experience in video conferencing. This is a full-time position in Bengaluru, India, requiring effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple events.
Configure, operate, and maintain video conferencing systems and related hardware/software. Schedule and manage virtual meetings, webinars, and hybrid events. Provide real‑time technical support during video conferences. Ensure optimal audio‑visual quality and connectivity. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate video conferencing tools with existing platforms. Train employees on best practices for using video conferencing tools. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed.
Strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.). Familiarity with AV equipment and network connectivity. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelors degree in IT, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in video conferencing.
