Job summary
A manufacturing company in Ahmednagar is seeking a Fitter for die maintenance. The role involves performing routine maintenance of dies, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates should have an ITI in Fitting or a Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die. Experience of 1 to 10 years is preferred but freshers may also apply. The position requires good problem-solving skills and the ability to read engineering drawings. Rotational shifts are available.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 1 year in die maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of dies used in alloy wheel production.
- Disassemble, clean, repair, and assemble dies and moulds.
- Identify die damages and carry out polishing, welding, and finishing work.
- Support in die trial and fitting during production setup.
- Maintain die maintenance records and ensure availability of spares.
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams for smooth operations.
- Follow safety standards and maintain 5S in the work area.
