About the Role:
We’re looking for aSocial Media Managerwho can bring our brand to life through engaging, trend-driven content. You’ll be working closely with our social media strategist (who leads planning and campaigns) — your role is all aboutexecution, creativity, and making sure our brand shows up consistently across platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and publish short-form content (reels, shorts, stories, posts)
- Be part of video shoots — both behind the camera (shooting/editing) and in front of it (if comfortable)
- Edit videos with captions, music, and effects tailored for each platform
- Collaborate with the strategist to execute the content calendar
- Stay on top of social trends and bring fresh, creative ideas
- Manage and organize video/photo assets for easy reuse
Who You Are:
- Hands-on with video editing and content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Confident on camera OR skilled behind it (bonus if both!)
- Passionate about social media storytelling and trends
- Organized, proactive, and able to deliver consistently
- Comfortable with ahybrid setup — 2–3 days a week onsite in Rohtak
