14+ Yrs of experience in handling both functional & Automation testing teams.

Must Have

• Strong stake holder management experience
• Vastly experiencing in large scale transformation
• Good at proposing and adding values through acceleration
• Solid working experience in Onshore/Offshore models
• Insurance Domain knowledge Life & Annuity, Property and Causality
• Experienced in at least one leading automation tool Selenium
• Working experience in keyword, data driven, hybrid and BDD frameworks
• Ability to hit the ground running and self-starters
• Fair understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP), SAFe).
• Experienced in at leading automation Teams & customer facing
