We are looking for a QMS Assistant Manager to support our QC/QA operations and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System in the production area.

• Implement and oversee the Quality Management System in production areas.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure product quality and Zero Defect targets.
• Analyze quality issues and recommend improvement actions.
• Conduct internal and external audits (ISO & brand standards).
• Ensure compliance with HSE (IBPR/IADL) and 7S practices.
• Lead, guide, and train QC/QA teams.
• Support the QC/QA Manager in daily operations and decision-making.

• Bachelor (or above) degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a QC/QA supervisor in the footwear industry.
• Proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of HSE is preferred.
• Willing to be located in Bogor.
