A prominent educational institution in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR & GA, with a strong background in HR data analytics and system development. Responsibilities include supervising HR operations, conducting audits, and leading HR system improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & GA.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR & GA Supervisor.
Strong capability in HR data analytics.
Able to conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
Able to develop salary structure and pay scale.
Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level) and Power BI.
Experienced in HR system development, workflow improvement, and SOP standardization.
Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and tech-savvy.
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Oversee end-to-end HR Operations processes (employee data, documents, workflow compliance).
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of employee records in HRIS.
Monitor the execution of SOPs and ensure all HR Operations activities follow company procedures.
Conduct HR data audits to ensure data integrity.
Monitor onboarding/offboarding processes from administrative and compliance perspectives.
Review HR reports prepared by team members and ensure data accuracy.
Review and validate payroll input prepared by the C&B Officer.
Supervise BPJS administration handled by the C&B team.
Conduct salary analysis, job evaluation, and ensure alignment with salary structure & pay scale.
Monitor compliance with government regulations and internal compensation policies.
Support annual salary review and C&B-related analysis as needed.
Analyze and map HR operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead the development and enhancement of HR systems (HRIS modules, digital forms, workflow automation).
Coordinate with IT or system vendors for configuration, testing, and implementation.
Develop SOPs, guidelines, and documentation related to HR Operations & GA processes.
Provide insights using HR data analytics for decision-making and process optimization.
Supervise GA Officer in managing facilities, vendor relations, assets, and office operations.
Ensure GA activities run efficiently within budget and SOP.
Review GA reports (inventory, assets, service levels) and ensure compliance.
Coordinate improvement projects related to office facilities and operational efficiency.
Supervise HR Operations and GA team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation for team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and resolve operational issues.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and service quality in HR Operations & GA functions.
