Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the fields of Marketing and Communications in Food & Beverage industry.
- Good analytical skills, good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research.
- Drive for results and leadership skills.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven thinking.
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business and to manage different projects at the same time.
- Energetic and passionate about product speciality, organized and methodical.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Up‑to‑date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Expert in sales, marketing and strategic brand development and activities.
- Planning & develop communication coverage to increase brand’s value.
- Plan and manage marketing budget with post evaluation analysis.
- Monitor and identify market trends.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media.
- Overseeing and working together with Design Team to develop successful communication tools.
- Coach the team and get the best from everyone.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
