Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure projects: servers, cloud, networking, data center, virtualization.
• Manage enterprise IT systems to ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee vendors and service providers, including contracts and SLAs.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
• Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, intrusion detection/prevention, SIEM, and IAM.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, GxP, and CFR Part 11.
• Conduct penetration testing, risk assessments, and security awareness training.
• Oversee IT-OT integration (SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES) and protect OT assets against cyber threats.
• Lead incident response and forensic investigations for IT and OT environments.
• Define and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and enterprise security tools.
• Experience in IT-OT integration within manufacturing, pharma, or industrial environments.
• Understanding of OT systems and industrial protocols (SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES, Modbus, OPC, Profibus).
• Willing to be based in East Jakarta.
