Job Overview

We are currently looking for an Import Permit & Documentation Staff to join our team in Jakarta. This role is critical in ensuring that all import documentation and permits are managed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing compliance with local regulations and coordinating with various departments to streamline the import process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit all necessary import documentation and permits.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all import-related documents.
• Assist with customs clearance processes and address any issues that may arise during imports.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of imported goods.
• Keep updated with changes in regulations and industry practices relevant to import operations.
• Provide administrative support in tracking and reporting import data and metrics.

• 1+ years of experience in import/export documentation or related field.
• Knowledge of import regulations, customs processes, and documentation requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
• Experience in the technology or smart home industry is a plus.
