A leading integrated securities company in Indonesia is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4–6 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector. Strong analytical skills, MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage tight deadlines are essential. This role involves processing financial transactions and preparing financial statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset registers.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, classified, and recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
Process and record daily financial transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits, addressing auditor inquiries and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements applicable to the financial services/securities industry.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within big 4 consultant or capital market industry the financial services, securities, or capital markets industry (is a must).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including PSAK/IFRS.
Experience with financial reporting, account reconciliation, and month‑end closing activities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the financial/securities sector (e.g., OJK, IDX).
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
