Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Microsoft Engineer to join our Delivery & Support Team in Yogyakarta. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or junior talents who are eager to dive into the world of Microsoft technologies, providing hands-on support and working on real implementation projects.

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide front-line technical support and troubleshoot Microsoft-related issues
2. Monitor system performance and assist with updates/configurations
3. Document incidents and contribute to technical knowledge base
4. Support project execution and ensure smooth operational processes
5. Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers when needed
6. Assist in reporting, system analysis, and documentation tasks

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows, M365, Teams, Azure, Intune)
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
5. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
6. Willing to work on a shifting schedule and be based in Yogyakarta
7. Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) are a plus
