Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeping & Administrative Assistant to support finance operations and general office administration. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates who have a background in office support and an interest in developing their skills in bookkeeping and accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing
  • Support order processing and routine finance operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily business operations
  • Assist the finance team with data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation
  • Communicate with internal teams or external partners in a professional manner
  • Learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and workflows

Requirements:
  • Background in office administration or finance operations (AP, AR, order processing, etc.)
  • Strong interest in bookkeeping/accounting (formal qualification not required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with Xero is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to ask questions, seek clarification, and continuously improve
  • Can work well both independently and as part of a team
