About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team at PT. LUNA BOGA NARAYAN (Kopi Janji Jiwa). In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for leading the company's recruitment efforts, partnering with business leaders to identify and attract top talent. Based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our growing organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for both entry‑level and senior roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and translate them into targeted recruitment plans.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain an organised applicant tracking system and generate detailed reports on hiring activities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and employment legislation.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and placing high‑calibre candidates across a range of roles and levels.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data‑driven insights to drive recruitment decisions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
