Who you are
You are a pragmatic troubleshooter who likes the challenge of diagnosing issues and then actioning fixes. You need to be composed under pressure and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. A background in web design, programming, or IT would be desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be willing and hungry to learn, and their genuine passion will drive them forward.
What you’ll do
You will assist with incoming support tickets. These range from basic website changes to resolving critical errors on client sites. You will be working on multiple websites daily, from brochure websites to fully API integrated E-commerce stores. You will also assist our internal marketing teams with website changes, including website speed improvements and building landing pages.
This role will require some essential administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.
