This is an excellent opportunity to take your career beyond emergency response and become part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient‑centred care within general practice.
As a PCN Paramedic, you will:
- Work across several GP surgeries, providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
- Conduct home visits and same-day appointments for patients requiring urgent or routine care.
- Support GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team in managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Play a key role in improving patient access, reducing hospital admissions, and supporting continuity of care.
- Develop specialist interests within areas such as chronic disease management, women's health, or frailty.
Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑6:30pm (occasional meetings may fall outside these hours).
We're looking for Paramedics who are:
- HCPC‑registered, with a BSc in Paramedic Practice / Science (or working towards completion).
- Confident in autonomous decision‑making and holistic patient assessment.
- Excellent communicators who thrive within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality, compassionate care in the community.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).
- Mentorship or supervisory qualification.
- Experience working in a primary care or urgent care setting.
- Salary of £49,000 per annum.
