A healthcare organization is hiring a Speech and Language Therapist in Blackburn to provide specialized care to children with complex needs. The role involves conducting assessments, establishing treatment plans, and working closely with families and other professionals. Candidates should be qualified and registered therapists with strong analytical skills. An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and registered Speech and Language Therapist to join the Children’s Therapy Service, working alongside dedicated professionals providing excellent high-quality care to reduce the impact of disability to children and their families with additional and complex needs.
We are one of 6 Children’s Therapy teams working across Lancashire and are committed to improving the communication skills of children and young people while supporting carers and other professionals to increase their ability to understand and support children with communication needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Speech & Language Therapists in our Blackburn with Darwen team. The team work across a variety of locations, including clinics, children’s own homes, nurseries and school settings.
