Deputise for the Team Manager as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Efficiently manage resources, control expenditure, and assist in budget management.
Make informed decisions regarding referral responses and assist with work allocation.
Support staff management, development, and training in collaboration with the Team Manager.

Ensure desired outcomes for individuals, families, and carers while promoting strategic aims.
Adhere to policies and procedures, promoting safe practice and safeguarding processes.
Facilitate, chair, and participate in complaint investigations and safeguarding forums.
Manage change effectively and contribute to recruitment processes.
Engage in ongoing development and improvement of systems and services for excellence in delivery.
