We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who thrives on variety, partnership, and finding exceptional talent across multiple business areas.

You will join a thriving and growing business with offices across England.

You will be based in the firm's Reading office working on a hybrid basis and you will support hiring across a diverse portfolio-including corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver a first-class candidate experience.

Travel to the firm's offices across England will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract high-calibre candidates in competitive markets.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
  • Manage the firm's recruitment partner program.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to support workforce planning.
  • Represent the business at recruitment events, careers fairs, and networking activities.
  • Contribute to employer branding, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • You will have proven experience in an internal talent acquisition or agency recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of professional services hiring, ideally including tax, audit, accounting.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
