We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Tech company and drive recruitment excellence across our Product, Design and Data teams. This is a strategic role where you'll partner with hiring managers to build world‑class teams while scaling our talent acquisition processes. You'll be at the forefront of innovative recruiting practices, leveraging AI tools and data‑driven insights to attract top‑tier talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional hiring outcomes for technical roles.

Your responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end recruitment management — Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and sourcing strategy through to offer negotiation and onboarding for Product Management, Product Design, and Data Science candidates, while collaborating closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and cross‑functional partners to understand business needs and align on hiring strategies.

  • Leadership and coaching — Mentor and coach peer recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement techniques, and data‑driven decision making, while serving as a subject matter expert and driving continuous improvement across the recruitment team.

  • Strategic talent sourcing — Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels including direct outreach, social recruiting, technical communities, passive candidate networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to identify and engage top talent in competitive markets.

  • Data‑driven optimization and AI innovation — Analyze recruitment metrics and candidate feedback to continuously improve processes, reduce time‑to‑hire, and enhance candidate experience, while implementing and optimizing AI‑powered recruitment practices to increase efficiencies across all touchpoints.

  • Stakeholder partnership and collaboration — Build strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership teams, HR, and cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment on business needs, role requirements, and hiring strategies that drive organizational success.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years recruiting technical talent — Proven track record hiring for Product Management, Product Design, and Data Science roles at fast‑paced technology companies with demonstrable success metrics.

  • Leadership and collaboration — Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues on sourcing techniques, best practices, and process optimization, while building strong partnerships with HR, talent operations, and cross‑functional teams to achieve shared hiring goals.

  • Advanced technical sourcing capabilities — Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and specialized tools to identify and engage passive candidates in highly competitive talent markets.

  • Data‑driven recruitment approach — Experienced in leveraging analytics tools and AI‑powered platforms to create dashboards, track conversion rates, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness, and continuously optimize recruitment practices.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management — Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in ambiguous situations.
