A local sports organization in London is seeking an ambitious Head Coach to lead and develop its swimming programme. You will set the vision and targets for the Swim Club, designing training plans that cater to all swimmers. The ideal candidate will have proven coaching experience and strong leadership skills, essential for inspiring both swimmers and volunteers. This role offers a chance to significantly impact the club's success and growth.
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head Coach to lead and develop LBR Swim Club into a thriving, competitive, and successful swimming programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader who can inspire swimmers of all abilities, from Learn to Swim through to County, Regional and National competitors. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven coaching and leadership experience. A minimum Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate / ASA Level 3 or Level 2 with experience. You will have experience coaching swimmers at club level and above, with a track record of developing swimmers through County, Regional and National competitions. You will also need to have the ability to inspire and motivate swimmers, coaches, and volunteers alike.
