• Experience supervising a team, training and mentoring staff.
• Experience teaching a diverse customer base.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the implementation of swimming programs.
• Develop lesson plans and comprehensive work schemes.
• Assist in sales, marketing, and promotion of swim activities.
